After in-depth communications, UAE client Abe officially confirmed the purchase of our aluminum profiles for special vehicles. This cross-border cooperation originated from the initial encounter and acquaintance at the Canton Fair and was finalized with the live broadcast tour of our Foshan factory. Every link is filled with the warmth of trust and recognition.
Looking back to last year's Canton Fair, the atmosphere of "Connecting the World, Benefiting All" permeated every corner of the exhibition hall. As a "barometer" and "vane" of China's foreign trade, it gathered purchasers and exhibitors from all over the world. We also showcased our independently developed series of aluminum profiles for special vehicles, looking forward to exploring cooperation opportunities with global partners. It was in front of our bustling booth that we first met Abe. He browsed the exhibits with great concentration, asking frequent questions about the material characteristics and process details of the aluminum profiles for special vehicles, revealing a pressing demand for high-quality special vehicle accessories in his words. We patiently and meticulously explained the advantages of our products - from the excellent corrosion resistance brought by the use of 5083 aluminum alloy, to the structural strength ensured by advanced welding technology, and the improved endurance and load-carrying capacity of special vehicles achieved by lightweight design. Fate always comes unexpectedly. At this year's Canton Fair, we met Abe again. Compared with his initial exploration last year, Abe came with a clearer procurement intention this time and also brought detailed demand information about the local special vehicle market in the UAE. He stated that after a year of market research and comparison, our products are in line with his core demands in terms of quality stability, technological innovation and cost advantage. At the exhibition site, we held preliminary discussions on key issues such as product specification customization, mass production cycle and logistics and transportation solutions, and the consensus between the two parties continued to deepen. Abe frankly said that although he was very satisfied with the products, as a bulk purchase, he hoped to further understand our production strength and management standards. Unfortunately, due to the tight schedule, he was unable to visit the factory in person.
To dispel the client's concerns, we took the initiative to propose an "online live factory tour" service for him. Shortly after the conclusion of the Canton Fair, we carefully prepared this special "cloud inspection" - we formulated the live broadcast process in advance, planning the display route in accordance with offline inspection standards, from the overall appearance of the factory area and the product exhibition hall to the production workshop, testing center and warehousing area; we arranged technical backbones and business specialists to accompany the whole process to ensure that all kinds of questions could be answered in a timely manner during the live broadcast. On the day of the live broadcast, the camera moved forward slowly along the preset route, and the clean and orderly production environment, automated production equipment and strict quality inspection process of the Foshan factory were presented to Abe one by one. When the camera focused on the production process of aluminum profiles for special vehicles, we specially showed key links such as raw material selection, precision processing, welding forming and surface treatment through close-up shots, and detailed the quality control standards of each process. After the live broadcast, the two parties held final negotiations through an online meeting. Based on the in-depth communication in the early stage and the trust established by the live factory tour, the negotiations progressed very smoothly. According to the special vehicle usage scenarios and performance requirements proposed by Abe, we optimized the product customization plan and clarified core terms such as product unit price, purchase quantity, delivery time and payment method. In November, amid the common expectations of both parties, the cooperation agreement was officially finalized, and Abe successfully placed an order for our aluminum profiles for special vehicles. This fate originating from the Canton Fair has finally borne fruitful cooperation results.
From the initial encounter at last year's Canton Fair to the reunion this year, from the in-depth understanding through the live factory tour to the final conclusion of the transaction, this cooperation with Abe is not only a simple business transaction, but also highlights the important value of the Canton Fair as a bridge for international trade, and confirms the strong vitality of new foreign trade models such as online factory inspection.
