This journey began in January 2024 when Mr. Barry first consulted about refrigerated vehicle accessories. We immediately followed up via WeChat and provided quotations based on his requirements. At that time, the customer did not take any action and explained that they needed to share the feedback internally. We patiently continued to follow up, demonstrating our determination to meet his needs.

In March 2024, we sincerely invited Mr. Barry to visit our factory in Guangzhou. He accepted the invitation. During the visit, we had face-to-face discussions about product details, reviewed various options, and reissued the updated quotation. To better support his operations in the market, we also expanded the product range and added multiple options.
